Project Analyst
Position Overview:
Emerging Tech is seeking a Project Analyst to support the provisioning process for end users in the federal health IT sandbox environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a strong background in project tracking, SharePoint management, and communication of analytical findings. The Project Analyst will provide support in the development and maintenance of sandbox tools, materials, and communications while ensuring timely delivery of briefs and documents for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of professional work experience
Experience creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics
Experience developing routine and ad hoc reports
Ability to present analytical findings clearly in both narrative and graphical formats
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar federal healthcare environments
Experience implementing electronic health record (EHR) systems
Familiarity with federal health IT sandbox environments and tools
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-user provisioning through management of sandbox tent card mapping tools and processes
Develop, maintain, and update sandbox materials and documentation
Manage the sandbox SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, organized, and up to date
Review and revise sandbox communications materials to ensure clarity and consistency
Manage the sandbox inbox, responding to inquiries and directing end users appropriately
Prepare and finalize briefs, reports, and other documents for senior leadership
Provide analysis and feedback on project performance data, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations
Assist in the creation of ad hoc and routine reports to support program objectives
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure sandbox activities align with broader program goals
Contribute to workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives within the sandbox environment
