Emerging Tech is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Program Analyst to join our team, supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This vital role involves providing functional and technical direction in the design, development, acquisition, production, fielding, and post-deployment support of government programs. The ideal candidate will support the government in overall program management policies, plans, requirements, execution, control, and direction of the work and associated resources involved in providing life cycle management. The Senior Program Analyst will play a key role in supporting VHA in the analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness, including program reviews, measuring success, outcomes, and improvement programs.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program analysis or management.
• Demonstrated experience in a large-scale integrated Health Care System.
• Experience with programs focused on Veterans’ healthcare and outreach.
• Proven ability to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• Experience with VHA or similar healthcare systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.

Location: Veterans Health Administration, Central Office, situated at 811 Vermont Ave NW, Washington, D.C., 20420. Personnel will be required to be onsite at least 5 days every 2 weeks.

Compensation:    

• Compensation: $90,000-$120,000
