Serve as senior engineer supporting large scale software rollout in VHA hospitals and clinical outreach facilities. Support EHRM-IO Infrastructure Readiness. In this role you will provide the following support:
Data Analyst support to include:
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and VBA.
Strong knowledge of MS Access for database management.
Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and data visualization techniques.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Developing and maintaining complex VBA scripts to automate tasks and enhance data processing for future releases.
Providing analysis and input to develop Power BI dashboards.
Conducting data analysis to prepare and present results to multiple stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Perform deep dive root cause analysis and present findings clearly.
Minimum qualifications:
15+ years of professional work experience
Must create strategies and plans for integration of multiple IT systems/subsystems into an operational unit, ensuring full functional and performance capabilities are retained.
Coordinate with development and user teams to assess risks, goals and needs and ensure that all are adequately addressed.
Must be experienced in introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks.
Must be cost conscience as well addressing goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent or an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
