Job Summary:
- Provide administrative and project management support to Solution Teams by managing, tracking, and providing logistical and programmatic support
- Facilitate collaboration between the VHA Council Support Unit (CSU), EHRM-IO OFC CMIO Process Reengineering, Oracle Cerner, EHRM-IO OFC CMIO-CNIO Operations, EHRM-IO DCIO, EHRM-IO PCD, VHA RDM, and local sites
- Support Informaticists, as requested for Solutions, by providing strategic planning, administrative support, documentation, etc.
- Apply knowledge in the translation of functional requirements to support Solution Experts and Solution Advisors
- Collaborate with Solution Advisor and Solution Expert to support ticket management activities
- Support the Office of Functional Champion Testing Team (OFCt) with testing activities
- Coordinate and monitor Oracle Cerner activities to support scope and schedule management
- Facilitate design reviews and provide guidance and recommendations for solution optimization to include:
- Support National-to-Local Engagement activities
- Support the Lessons Learned process
- Coordinate with all CMIO-CNIO pillars
- Coordinate with OFC Training and Change Management
- Coordinate with DCIO/ Interface team on Interface Change Requests (ICRs) etc.
Minimum qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- Ability to analyze business requirements and document new service requests and changes, tracking to execution
- Strong leadership, written/oral communications, analysis, data gathering and organization skills
- Experience managing Information Technology related projects including the ability to facilitate scrums using Agile Project Management principles
- Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
- Able to identify and mitigate risks
- Able to identify, document, and track changes
- Experience providing support to cross-functional teams (e.g., Solution Owners, Informaticists, clinical staff) to implement technical solutions including strategic planning, administrative support, and documentation
- Experience supporting the identification of root causes, courses of action, and potential solutions to support any major incident or response efforts
- Experience facilitating reviews, evaluating scenarios for stakeholder impact, and collaborating with Solution Owners to provide recommendations for optimization and effective change
- Experience evaluating scenarios for stakeholder impact along the care continuum
- Experience collaborating to identify and document lessons learned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of electronic health record workflows
- Experience in the VA
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records, Oracle Health preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle Health PowerTrials, PowerChart, and PowerPlans
- Knowledge of the clinical research process
- Project Management Professional or Certified Agile Scrum Master certification
- Experience leveraging ServiceNow and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to evaluate and escalate tickets
- Experience with Jazz ticketing application

Compensation:
- Full-Time Direct Hire
- Compensation: $100,000-$120,000
