As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts and help connect top talent to critical roles across our organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with our HR and hiring teams to gain real-world experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and the end-to-end recruiting process. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in human resources, organizational development, or the intersection of people and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and business roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and role specifications.
- Help develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance candidate outreach.
- Participate in reference checks and background verification processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports for internal review.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices in recruiting.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; recent graduates welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Interest in IT and government contracting is a plus.
