Job Description:

Support Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) Training lead to oversee system sustainment training delivered by Oracle Health (OH), work with OH, deployment training, and VISN site leads to transition to sustainment, coordinate with site training leads to prepare for sustainment training, coordinate handoff to site for future management. Facilitate and attend meetings, capture meeting highlights, manage and report out on sustainment training metrics, provide weekly status updates, support and deliver briefings, address external inquiries focused on sustainment training (e.g., Government Accountability Office, Congressional, media) with VA stakeholders, perform ad-hoc requests received from VA client team. Coordinate Block release training materials with VA and OH Learning. Support Solution Experts in weekly Joint Sustainment and Adoption Board (JSAAB) change notification process to create, refine, and distribute weekly notifications to site. Define, document, and refine processes for the use of future go-live sites. Review and provide VA EHRM-IO recommendations on OH’s deliverables. Triage and resolve sustainment training-related incident tickets assigned to the EHRM-IO training queue within ServiceNow. Provide support for Remote Services, such as tracking User Role Assignments (URA), training needs, requests, and completion.  Identify risks, offer risk mitigation solutions, and escalate, as needed. Work independently and provide strategic recommendations to VA and project team. 

Minimum qualifications:
•    5+ years of professional work experience 
•    Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to be flexible 
•    Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize work, and escalate roadblocks, as needed 
•    Must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data
•    Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports
•    Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills 
•    Experience in the VA
•    Experience implementing Electronic Health Records

Compensation:
